Position Overview

As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting project leads and contributing to the design and execution of engineering projects. You will be immersed in an environment that values learning, growth, and the application of new technologies in solving engineering challenges.

 

Responsibilities:

Design Assistance: Support the design process for steel frame structures and gain familiarity with concrete, timber, and masonry projects using AutoCAD and Trimble suite of design software.

Innovative Tool Usage: Engage with advanced software tools including Rhino, Grasshopper, Python, and C# under the guidance of experienced engineers, enhancing project outcomes and efficiency.

Site Inspections: Participate in site inspections and surveys, providing valuable insights and feedback to the project team.

Project Support: Contribute to project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines in a team-oriented environment.

Professional Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities to grow your technical knowledge and progress towards Chartered Engineer status.

 

Qualifications:

Education: A recent BSc or equivalent in Civil Engineering.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective verbal and written communication abilities, and a keen interest in civil and structural engineering.

Attributes: A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and be challenged, and a genuine passion for engineering and design.
